Grant was born in Madison, Wisconsin. He has studied the piano, drums and guitar. Grant attends Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School and anticipates graduating in 2020. When Grant is not studying, he can be found running cross country, winter and spring track for his school. Grant aspires to become a physician someday. Grant also enjoys spending time with his dogs and downhill skiing.
Ellen was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She has studied the piano, flute and voice. Ellie anticipates graduating from Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School in 2023. The dance studio is where Ellie can be found in her free time as she enjoys competitive dancing in a variety of styles. Ellie enjoys spending time with her dogs as well as baking.
Tom provides strategic advice and practical assistance in all aspects of patent and other forms of intellectual property (trade secret, trademark, and copyright) acquisition, global portfolio development, and management. Tom’s practice involves creating worldwide patent portfolios,licensing, and creating enforcement strategies in the fields of bio technology as well as the arts. Additionally, Tom specializes in providing legal opinions related to validity and enforceability, patentability, freedom to operate, patent portfolio evaluations, due diligence investigations, copyrights and trademarks. He is an avid Ohio State Football fan.
Amy Hale serves as our Treasurer and is a Certified Public Accountant. Amy resides in Upper Arlington Ohio with her husband Adam, daughter Hattie and Pomeranian Cooper. When she isn't busy crunching numbers she enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends. Amy is in awe of Grant and Ellie's passion to help others and could not be more proud of them!
Bassoonist Daniel Beilman has been heard in concert across the USA and Europe in major concert halls including the Royal Concertgebouw, De Doelen, Lucerne Hall, Paris Philharmonie, Berlin Philharmonie, Elb Philharmonie, Boston's Jordan Hall, Symphony Hall and Mechanics Hall, and Santo Domingo's Teatro Nacional in the Dominican Republic. Daniel is in demand as a teacher, chamber musician and orchestral performer. He has performed regularly with groups in and around Boston including The Boston Philharmonic, BMOP, Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra, New Bedford Symphony Orchestra, Cape Symphony, North End Music & Performing Arts Center, and the Plymouth Philharmonic.
Daniel holds a masters degree from Boston University and a bachelor degree in bassoon performance from The Boston Conservatory and has attended Ball State University.
In addition to his playing and teaching activities, Daniel enjoys spending time in his garden, hiking and baking
Nancy Helmke, Board Member
Nancy Helmke has spent over forty years working at the Henry County Bank in a variety of roles including Assistant Cashier and Bookkeeper. Twenty five years ago she co founded the Orphan Grain Train, Ohio Division and remains the current president. Nancy has also been a long standing board member of the Filling Home of Mercy in Napoleon Ohio. She also volunteers with many different roles in her church. When Nancy is not volunteering her time with non profit groups she can be found spending time with her family. Her favorite hobby is attending her six grandchildren's sporting events.

Daniel Dickson is an American born cellist and pianist. Daniel is a doctoral candidate in Boston University’s school of music, where he also serves as adjunct faculty. Daniel carries a roster of more than 30 students in the Boston area. A real estate agent at Coldwell Bankers and a D1 volleyball player, Daniel enjoys a busy work week. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys making donuts, and consumes them almost as fast as he makes them.

Diane is the founder of EML Consulting, where she helps small businesses see the forest when they are bogged down in the trees. Armed with a Master’s degree in Counseling and years of social work management experience, Diane took on a new path when she decided to launch a small branch of Paint Nite in 2013. Within 2 years, she grew from one local branch to over a dozen across 9 different states. She was consistently ranked in the top 5% of Paint Nite licensees across the country and grew her social painting business to over $6 million in sales in less than 5 years. Now Diane applies her “figure it out” mentality to her clients and supports them to implement scalable, actionable processes. Diane is passionate about the musical arts since she has been singing & acting in community theater since age 8, and is thrilled that her 3 daughters are following the same path.
